2 · Comment the plan. Every 🟡/🔴 initiative needs a Remediation Plan comment on its parent Input Goal, in this structure — the 📝 button on any initiative card composes it for you:
- Item — IG / initiative + Jira link
- Owner
- Delivery Status — 🔴 / 🟡 / 🟢
- Root cause — what's happening and why
- Impact if unresolved
- Recovery action(s)
- Target recovery date
- Help / escalation needed
